1. Calendar Marketing- Here's where you become part of your clients life. As a marketer you must enter the conversation going on in the minds of your clients and prospects. The calendar gives you a plethora of marketing events. As the major holidays approach, everyone is talking about and thinking about them. Also use some obscure holidays to attract attention. 2. New Client Experience- After you make that first sale to a new customer or client is not the time to relax and breathe easy-it is the time to really WOW them! You want them to say "Wow", I really made the right
decision. What you do after the sale may be just as important as what you do before the first sale. Here are some things you can do to wow them.
-Send a handwritten "Thank You" card
-Give an unexpected present
-Make an unbelievable special offer
-Make a thank you video just for them.
-Make a donation to charity in their name
Give some thought to this and you will be rewarded with continuing repeat business from your new client.

3. Give Them Something To Talk About-The best possible position to be in is to have your clients bragging about being your client. You do this by becoming a celebrity in your industry. You can be an author or speaker yourself or use a recognized celebrity in your marketing and "borrow" their celebrity.

4. Be Unpredictable-Always show up and keep your clients curious about what you'll do next. If you keep 'em guessing they'll keep coming back to see what else you've got!
