Sorry to “bug” you…. But I saw this and thought it was interesting...

Researchers at Stanford University have discovered that a species of harvester ants work together in the search for food by using the very same decision system (i.e., algorithm) that’s used by computers to communicate across the world wide web.

They’ve dubbed this the “Anternet.”

Apparently the insects can collectively determine whether a path to food is “OPEN” or “BLOCKED” based on feedback loops that have become naturally ingrained over time.

Pretty neat, huh?

Ants are interesting (and pertinent as well) as they break down into different types – basically the MASSES and the CLASSES.

If you are going to make money selling products, services or experiences in America, you are going to have to face the choice of EITHER  selling to the broad masses or instead choosing to sell to the much smaller classes, such as the affluent.

Exactly HOW you do this is on the agenda for our Arizona Marketing SUmmit happening this coming Wednesday, August 14 at the Rio Salado College Conference Center at 6:30 PM.    And because this isn’t an outdoor picnic, you won’t have to worry about an invasion from the Anternet – just good food and fun with other business owners and entrepreneurs like you.

See you next week,
